PFI specialises in recruiting for both business and
consumer research throughout New Zealand, either from our panel or from
supplied lists. All projects are treated with the utmost confidentiality.

At PFI our aim is to offer a complete service which co-ordinates research
participants, venues and facilities that meet the research brief. PFI has
worked with its clients to establish a proven process that meets the needs of
all parties. Additional administration services are available if required, for
example incentive arrangement, venue booking, sending out of material prior to
interviews or focus groups.The staff is a small
team of highly specialised recruitment personnel who share a commitment to top
quality recruitment for research projects and understand how critical this
aspect of a research project is. PFI is a member of the Market Research Society
of New Zealand
In addition to recruitment, PFI manages Mystery Shopping projects based on
monitoring service levels for companies with nationwide outlets. The surveys
are customised according to individual companies' requirements.
